Check the label of your existing underwear⌄
Grab a pair of your existing undies and check the label. Most have a waist measurement on them, e.g. 105-110 cm.

Grab a measuring tape, or even a ruler will do. Lie your existing undies flat and measure side to side across the waistband.

Grab a soft measuring tape. Measure around your waist, just above your hips, keeping the tape level and comfortable.

Check the label of your existing bra or binder⌄
Check the label of a bra or binder that fits you well. A bra label shows a band size (the number) and a cup (the letter). Only the band matters here.

Wrap a soft tape snugly around your ribcage, right under your bust, keeping it level all the way around.
