how it works

  1. Fill out our returns and refunds form below.
  2. Pop your items in the post (return postage is on you, postage of your exchange order is on us).
  3. Once we receive and check your return, we’ll process your exchange or refund — easy as that!

return & exchange

If you need to swap a Being Wear item for a different size or style, we’ve got you. As long as your items are unworn (tried on is totally fine — we get it), you can return and exchange them within 30 days — so you can find the fit that feels right for you.

If your new Being Wear arrives damaged or faulty, we will replace them. Just Fill out our returns form below and we’ll make it right. We’ll cover the cost to send your new underwear back to you.

If there is a price discrepancy with your new order, you will be notified via email with a payment link. Exchanges will only be sent out after payment has been received.

refund

Your purchase is backed by our Being 100% satisfied guarantee. If your underwear or socks don’t feel right, simply send them back to us. As long as we receive the products within 30 days and in good condition (tried on is totally fine — we get it), we’ll refund you in full, to your original payment method.

You’ll get back what you paid for the product itself (delivery costs aren’t included unless the product was faulty). Most refunds will land in your account within 5 business days after we confirm — though it may take a little longer if you paid with payment gateways).
