Grab a measuring tape, or even a ruler will do. Lie your existing undies flat and measure side to side across the waistband.

Check the label of your existing bra or binder⌄
Check the label of a bra or binder that fits you well. A bra label shows a band size (the number) and a cup (the letter). Only the band matters here.
